GenuTrain P3 with individually adjustable corrective strap

The GenuTrain P3 knee support has been revised and is now available with an individually adjustable corrective strap. Together with the two integral pads, the corrective strap holds the kneecap in a central position and protects it against lateral drifting to the outside.

Summer Paralympic Games 2012

Bauerfeind products used with great success by athletes from all nations

Bauerfeind's supports, orthoses, medical compression stockings and orthopedic orthoses came to the aid of athletes on more than 350 occasions during the Summer Paralympic Games in London. As an official supplier, the medical product manufacturer, based in Zeulenroda in Thuringia, provided medical support for all Paralympic athletes with its own team of orthotists.


Orthotist Christian Laimann ran the service station in the German House, providing more than 60 people with products from Zeulenroda.

2012 Summer Olympic Games

"Made in Germany" supports for Olympians from all over the world

The greatest Olympic commitment in the history of Bauerfeind AG from Zeulenroda in the German state of Thuringia came to an end today: with its very own team of orthotists, the medical product manufacturer was on hand to provide medical care for all 10,500 athletes from 204 nations competing at the Games in London. Bauerfeind supports, orthoses, medical compression stockings, and orthopedic insoles came to the aid of athletes on more than 700 (!) occasions.
